We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website or call the Office Services Department at (02) 4359860. An email has also been sent to your registered email address.  

Your right to request a review
