Dear Sir/Madam

I made a payment last January 8, 2024 at around 11:23 AM for my SS Contribution of the month of December 2023.
The PRN generated VA241630602013 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 3,018. The GCASH payment reference number was 321027264.
The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution for Decembee 2023
