Hi I would like to ask for your assistance in following up my retirement claim at SSS filled last June 15,2020 . My first  follow up is at Rosario Cavite Branch last August 2018,and i follow up again via email last Sept.23  at SSS and they provide me this ticket number 20092372994,and they said they will revert to me as soon as possible.But i don't hear any from them.Please assist me it has been 4 months.
