We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. Also, please be informed that due to strict quarantine restrictions during the time of your request, loan checks were delivered later than usual.
