Good day,

I filed for an SSS sickness benefit and it was approved by SSS on my portal.
However my employer told me that I am not eligible to get the benefit because I still have sick leave.
I just want to clarify if this is correct, do employees need to consume all their Sick Leave before receiving the SSS Sickness Benefit?
I worked on a GOCC (Clark Development Corporation)

Your right to request a review
