Good day!

In regards to ticket #2021070394

I would like to ask for assistance regarding my SSS Salary Loan Status, The portal indicated "DISBURSEMENT THRU THE BANK" with Check number/Voucher number READY and status thru text inquiry is Approved but the Loan is not yet credited to my bank acct.   Would like to confirm if the Cash is really credited or not yet? Or when will it be credited?
