Good day,

I would like to ask about SSS membership application. I just visited an SSS branch near me to comply with the requirements. The personnel did not give any more instructions or information upon receiving my documents, she merely said that my application was “received”.

Now, I’m trying to register online but it seems that I cannot because of my membership status and that there is no date of coverage indicated in my SSS records.

How do I proceed?

Your right to request a review
