I would like to request for an immediate update on my SSS Loan Net Proceed.  I have an existing salary loan SL202208091514514 with total amount obligation of 16,878.77. I am now applying for new Salary Loan and on DISCLOSURE STATEMENT ON LOAN my  Balance of previous loan as of 10/02/2023 08:34:49 is P27,422.61 which my NET PROCEEDS is only P11,530.81, which is totally incorrect. I am missing a lot of amount on my net proceeds. I called SSS and I was informed that they had an IT upgrade ang my 2014 loan payment  was not credit/loaded. They told me it will take 3 weeks which is unacceptable.
