Hello Sir/Ma'am,

Sicking your help! I was diagnosed sars covid positive and home quarantine 10 days, I am solo parent and when I was sick I have no work due of my cases I want to apply to your good office EC MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT. PLEASE Help me FINANCIALLY NEEDED. NO WORK NO PAY. I want to reimburse and to pay my debt when I was quarantine food with my 4 kids,laboratorty and medicine. Thank you

Your right to request a review
