Hi,

Good day!

I would like to ask for help and humbly request for a financial assistance for my family's expenses when I was quarantined and isolated for over 2 weeks due to exposure to covid.

Due to that, I was not able to work, since we have a no work no pay policy, I failed to pay the bills and expenses.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
