Thank you for responding to my concern through ticket number 2028461363.

However, I cannot view the new password sent to my SSS account registered email address which is villamor1964@yahoo.com for it has been deactivated due to inactivity.

Thus, I am requesting SSS to replace my registered email account from  villamor1964@yahoo.com to efrenvillamor104@gmail.com

I badly needed your assistance to process my loan.
