You asked for Sss Calamity loan.

Response to Request

Unless otherwise stated in its corresponding circular, calamity loans are payable in 24 months. Loan payments must be coursed through SSS' branches or its Real-Time Processing of Loans (RTPL) compliant collecting partners.

For other SSS concerns, please send your query through https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
