Good Day!

I would like to request for a review of my employee's current SSS salary loan application status. She would like to apply for a salary loan however it is stated in the website that the salary loan application will be rejected due to the processing of an existing loan application. In addition, it is stated in the website of the employer that there is no such loan application due for certification.
