To whom it may concern. 
 I am humbly asking for financial assistance because I got positive from covid19.And because of this I was been removed fom my line up as a seafarer. A few months ago my vessel was sold and I didn't finished my contract instead I worked only for almost 3 months in the vessel and we were sent home. By the time I was being lined up and quarantined at the hotel, I got positive. I need to provide for my family needs that is why I am asking for financial support. I am hoping for your kind consideration regarding my request. Thank you and May God Bless you always.🙏

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide the Covid 19 assistance you have requested for. 

Your right to request a review

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
