Good day! 

I hope you are all doing well. 
I just want to ask some assistance regarding my SSS loans. It was mentioned that all of our loan disbursements are all taken care of DBP so SSS is saying that we need to contact you as well to do a follow up. I really need your help for this matter. Its unfair for us who where approved last july not to receive our loan because all of the August approved loans are already released. 

My salary loan was approved last 
July 28, 2020 
My calamity loan was approved last 
July 30, 2020 
My SSS number is 34-6634530-6
