Requesting to accept our application on behalf of our affected employees. We are still completing the required details for most of the affected employees and weren’t able to meet the deadline but in partnership with your office, we are hoping that attached list will be considered.

There are still more affected employees whom we have temporarily removed from the list because of missing details or invalid details on SSS and TIN. We are appealing to your good office to consider our request because we have a placed more than 500 employees on floating status.
