Hello po! Ive been sending email to you po to if there may be status of my account? I enrolled my card number instead of my account number. As I checked my loan status in the app, it says, “encoded for validation” I already changed my enrolled account online and received a notification that I enrolled an active account so please give me feedback if I’ll receive my loan without any problems 😭 and when will I receive my loan po. 🥺 thank you po!
