Hello,

Greetings of solidarity. I had my covid 19 sypmptoms started last December 30, 2021, I undergone antigen test last january 3, 2022 and resulted positive. I was not able to report to work because of the symptoms I encountered I am humbly asking for your assistance in regards to this matter.

If you are an SSS member, you may check your eligibility and apply for Sickness Benefit Claim using your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
