Acosta 06:51 PM, Oct 20, 2021

Hi,

I just wanted to follow up my sickness notification benefits. I went to SSS Diliman Branch last July 13 for branch appointment, they gave me acknowledgement stub already for the requirements I've passed to them but it's been 3 months already there's no text or email regarding the status of my sickness benefits. I also tried to emailed them twice with ticket number 2025598172 Ticket Received - SICKNESS NOTIFICATION BENEFITS FOLLOW UP and 2025067345 Ticket Received - Sickness Benefit follow up.

Hoping that you can help me on this matter.
