Hi, I am working in Clark. I was tested positive January 11, 2022 and I have my home quarantine for 10 days. During these days my company still requires me to work from home. We are 20-30 employees who got positive. Now, I am (we are) asking for certificate from them to submit a claim. I have my RT PCR results and clearance from our LGU with the sign of a government doctor. My current company doesn't want to give me and other employee saying they want to confirm to sss first if the company will be liable for this case. In this case are we eligible for this benefit? Please help us.
