Good day mam/sir, 
I just want a clarification of applying an unemployment benefit claim. Steps of applying tru online. I tried already but I wasn’t successful. They asked me to enroll my disbursement acct.  I did, they acknowledged me that Account successfully enrolled. And saying there it takes 3 working days. But it lapsed 3 days  already  I don’t received any email from sss what happen to my request. I opened my sss acct online still saying there no disbursement acct enrolled. Same thing again enroll disbursement acct. if I go to e-services. Why? What are the possible mistakes?
