Hi, I would like to ask for an assistance. I was scheduled to appear on my visa application yesterday and already submitted biometrics. However, I got a call today stating that I have a problem with my UMID information so the agency asked me to get E4 form from SSS. My last name is supposed to be NUÑEZA but on my SSS it's NUNEZA. I would like to correct it to NUÑEZA.
