HI, I would like to follow up my salary loan application, Submitted last January 30, 2021 and it was process last February 1, 2021. As per checking a few weeks ago it was already approved by my Employer but up to now I didn't receive any loan on my bank account that I enroll to their system. Appreciate your help. I already follow through in their website but unfortunately no response from them.

For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review
