Good day,

I have a SSS online account but i forgot my userID and password unfortunately. I also forgot my email account that i used in registering in My. SSS.

May i request that my email address be replaced with [lasdocej77@gmail.com] which is my active email as of date.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing.
