Hi, I would like to request the process of filing of Death and Funeral claim. At the moment all SSS branch's instruction is to submit the application via dropbox. How will I know the next step or if there are any clarifications on the submitted documents when there is no transmittal or receiving stub given to me? Appreciate your immediate response.

Your right to request a review
