I would like to request motion for reconsideration of my application regarding my SSS EC Claim Benefit filed last May 12, 2023 with reference number SKMW5762023051295810 (denied) due of chicken pox which affect my work during the time i was sick.I will submit all the documents needed for your evaluation.
