Good Day! 

     May I request to ask assistance in regards with my SSS Claims. It was submitted for months still haven't heard back from SSS. Done with multiple and consistent follow ups still same responses from them. I would understand if it was rejected or what not so that I can refile or submit more documents but still, they were just hanging anywhere. I would appreciate if this would be followed up thru this option. Thank you
