Good afternoon. I Roji Voltair D. Palacio, would like to follow up my claim thru SSS which has been approved last January 13. It's more than a week since i get approved and unfortunately until this very moment, i've never receive nor hear anything from them. I've been to a remittance center were im expecting to receive my claim but they told me that i have to wait for the SSS to send the control number so that they can release the funds to me. How long do i have to wait to get my claim since ive been jobless since August and i badly needed it for my family's need. Looking forward to help me in
