Hi Team,

I would like to raise my concern regarding SSS Calamity Loan.

I have applied the said benefit last June 25, 2020 and registered my home address for check receiving. However, up to this date i haven't receive the check yet. Based on my MySSS online calamity loan status a check was already generated dated July 1, 2020. My concern is, the initial monthly amortization will be on November 2020 and I haven't received a single centavo. I am constantly reaching the hotlines and customer service email and yet no response from the team.

Additionally, is it possible to do following:

1. Cancel the existing loan application.
2. Deposit the amount on registered bank account
