Greetings!

Hope you're all doing fine in this trying times of pandemic. 
I am Riza S. Agustin, a government employee, a voluntary member of SSS with SSS number 34-0241380-4
I just want to get some help or any considerations with regards to my maternity benefit claim. According to my online account, I am eligible to claim my maternity benefit, but when I submitted my documents to SSS Diliman branch, they texted me that it was unapproved. In this trying times, I badly need this financial assistance, as this agency is really what up to. So it really upset me when they declined my maternity claim
