Hi, May I follow up on the disbursement of my SSS salary loan, it was approved last July 27 , but i havent received it yet until now. Sorry to disturb but there is an urgency on my needs.

You may check the status of your loan at your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
