You asked for Calamity Loan COVID-19.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

Under normal circumstances, loans are credited to bank accounts within 5 banking days from its approval, while checks are delivered within 5 to 10 days from the receipt of PhilPost. However, due to strict quarantine restrictions during the time of your query, loan checks were delivered later than usual.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
