I am an auditor assigned at Department of Energy (DOE).  To give you a brief, from December 2018 to December 2019, the DOE engaged AREMOS SECURITY and INVESTIGATION AGENCY (ASIA) for its security services. To validate the payments to ASIA, our office is conducting a verification of the SSS Contributions made by ASIA from the period December 2018 to December 2019. The ASIA attached its bank confirmation receipt issued by UNIONBANK for the remittances of the contributions of its security personnel.

Can you confirm to us its remittances are duly collected by your office?
