Hi, I filed for a salary loan dated May 4 and received an email that it was approved by SSS and my employer. It has been almost a month and I still haven't received my loan yet. It is still showing "granted" as the status and has Voucher number already.
Our HR also advised me that it will be released 3 weeks from the date of approval. No one's answering my phone calls in all branches. I have sent an email but no response on when will they release it.
Could someone advise and assist on how many weeks or months will it take to be released.
