Dear Sir/Madame 

I, Remelyn M. Adalim, with SSS Number: 34-4166763- has made a payment last October 31, 2023 for my SSS Contribution for the month of August 2023 to October 2023. The PRN generated VE231448864205 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 1,898. The GCASH payment reference number was 025198926. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution.
