Hi good day. I would like to ask if there is any way I can retrieve my user id and password I used for mySSS app? I would want to update my contrbution and be ready for applying for a maternity benefit claim. I tried to retrieve it thru the app using my email address. It said it has sent a confirmation email to reset but there was no mail received on my end, both inbox and spam folder. I hope my request will be granted. Thank you.
