Hi, I filed for a salary loan last May 3 and received an email that it was approved by SSS and my employer. It has been almost a month and I still haven't received my loan yet. It is still showing "granted" as the status but no email confirming that it has been released yet. Will I still be able to get the loan that I applied for? Nobody is responding to my emails about this concern too, so what to do now?????
