Good day po, I am a seafarer and tested positive of covid 19 last february 25,2022. Our medical doctor sa quarantine facility advice us to file for assistance sa SSS for claim. I would like to ask lang po sana kung ano po mga dapat na gawin,mga files na dapat i produce at mga websites or personel na pwede i approach para po sa concern ko

For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review
