Good day SSS! I am Richard P. Monteverde and I would just like to inquire about the wrong posting of salary loan payment in my previous loan (first and second image). I applied for a salary loan on Feb 2, 2021, and my previous calamity loan was deducted from the proceeds of my current loan. However, I noticed that the whole amount of Php 32,595.35 was posted in my previous loan (third image). The Php 20,441.37 of that amount should have been posted in my calamity loan payment. Hence, completing my obligations for the calamity loan payment.

Hello SSS! Thank you for your reply. I do hope that my concern be addressed immediately coz I am afraid that aside from your answer, what I need more is your appropriate action. Your maximum time to respond is on Mar 1. The last day of filing for calamity loan is on Feb 26.
