Hi I would like to make a request regarding  for financial  assistance ...I was detected  a covid-19 positive...nais ko po sanang huminge ng financial  assistance  dahil sa ako ay hindi maka pag trabho gawa ng nag positive  ako...sana po ay inyong mabasa ang aking hiling...at ano ano po ba ang mga kelangan kung requirements para maqualified ako..marameng salamat po sa response...God blessed

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may apply for Sickness Benefit Claim using your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
