Last year, I have availed a calamity  loan and now, I applied for a salary loan. However the net proceeds of my salary loan is the deducted with a very big amount because of a loan balance. Why is that so? My calamity loan has a separate monthly amortization and I am already deducted with that. I have previous salary loan and that was already paid through salary deduction. 
Please check with your posting.
I'm paying correctly. Please do not double charge!
