Any Branches in Laguna refuse my Application for a UMID Card.
I am a long-standing member of the SSS and also fulfil all the points as a member and also for the UMID Card. Why am I discriminated against as a foreigner and not allowed to apply for the UMID Card?

You may apply for a UMID upgrade through your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph.
