Purpose: Granted Calamity Loan Disbursement Thru Bank not yet disbursed to bank til today's date. Why?

Hi kindly enlighten me on the following:

1. Calamity Loan applied last July 1, 2020, approved last July 10, 2020. Showing as Disbursement Thru Bank - G. Til now No disbursement thru my BDO account.
2.How long will it take for calamity loan bank disbursement?
3.On Online SSS account, Inquiry Menu. 
Salary Loan Tab - Showing calamity loan, all details shown same as applied except showing account type as UMID ATM Savings Account, except I don't have any UMID ATM Saving account. What was shown on Salary tab is a duplicate of my Calamity showing a different Account type.
4. 2 diff copies of CL?!!!
