Hi!

I would like to request for financial assistance due to not being able to work and provide for my family when I contracted COVID, since I was not able to work during the time that I was in quarantine.

If you are an SSS member, you may check your eligibility and apply for Sickness Benefit Claim using your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph.
