Antonieta Eyucos Forro with an SSS number 09-13866661. I would like to request an update to the SSS app/website to provide clear and transparent financial records. 
1.Proper computation of my pension and the unposted loan payments that should have been deducted from my monthly pension. 
2. How many months are left for me to pay off my due loan amount? Additionally, when can I expect to receive my monthly pension?
3. I have made cash payments towards the educational loan for approximately five months. These should appear in my account's financial records
