Hello. I already received a message from your office thru the SSS website that my SS Disbursement claim was already approved yet when I went to our HR department, they said that there is still no confirmation from your end to release the approved amount of my claim. When is the downtime from the approval of the claim to releasing of the approved amount to your member? I was admitted d/t COVID on September last year. I would appreciate tour response on this matter. Thank you!

Good afternoon. I have tried to log in to the website you provided https://crms.sss.gov.ph/ but to no avail. Up until now, SS Disbursement for my COVID 19 hospitalization still has not been released and 6months have already passed. Your website does not work and is not helpful. I contacted our HR in Polymedic Medical Plaza, Cagayan de Oro City but the said disbursement was not yet released and no downtime was provided. No information as to when the amount will be released from my employer (CDO polymeric medical plaza) and definitely no clear response from your end. May I ask again for a time frame when the amount will be disbursed because it was already approved as far as I know.
