Been waiting for my salary loan for a week now. SLMW4572022083093784. It is still not being deposited as of 9/13/22. SSS# - 0636361391

I went to SSS Main Office early in the morning it took 4 hours for me to speak with an SSS employee (INFORMATION) the guy told me to follow up my concern in remittancesupport@sss.gov.ph and I just found out that the e-add he gave me is INCORRECT one. I didn’t even pick up my daughter in school on time it’s incovenient and hassle as a single mother! I needed the money for my daughter’s books and other fees. Please do help.
