Hi Sir/Maam,

Good day. This is Neil Vincent Sombilon. I would like to ask for an update regarding the status of crediting of my SSS Unemployment Benefit Claim. It was approved last January 15 and as of this writing, it is still not credited to my account. I should be receiving it 3 to 5 days after the date of settlement.

Please check from your end and please let me know. Thank you very much.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email informing you of the status of your benefit claim has also been sent to you. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
