GOOD DAY MAAM / SIR!

I would like to ask the guideliness in SSS for ec claims. on what basis can a covid 19 positive case be considered as work related? is your guideliness the same with the guideliness of the ecc? (i.e. - all healthcare workers are eligible, can be considered work related if the covid 19 was acquired while traveling "to" and "from" work.)

i hope you van give clarity to my questions since i was informed by our office that the guideliness set and stated by the ECC is not the same with the guideliness from the SSS.
