Hi, i would like to seek help in following up on my SSS cheque. The mobile app says the loan has been granted since June 6 but i still have not received my cheque through my employer. The cheque was supposed to be sent to my employer. They said they have not received it. According to a family friend who works in SSS, my cheque has been sent out since last week but they dont have any control after it has been sent out of SSS. Please help as we need this for our daily necessities.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
